1. What is Behind the Curtain Books & More?

Behind the Curtain Books & More is an independent online bookstore offering a curated selection of romance books with all levels of spice. Whether you’re searching for popular contemporary and fantasy romances or unhinged spice, we're here to make your reading journey fun.


2. How do I order books from your online store?

To buy books online from our store:

  1. Browse our catalog or use the search bar to find your book.
  2. Click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Go to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order.
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

3. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept secure payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
    All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
  • Shop Pay

4. Do you ship books internationally?

We currently ship to 26 countries! Select Standard International shipping at checkout if you are located outside of the US.


5. How long does delivery take?

Estimated shipping times:

  • Books & In-Stock Items:  3–7 business days
  • Print on Demand Apparel Items: 7-10 business days.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders come with tracking information that is sent via email once your package is on the way.


7. What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns for goods unless they are damaged. All sales are final.


8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority.


9. Do you sell eBooks or audiobooks?

Currently, we specialize in physical books and print on-demand apparel, but we’re planning to offer eBooks and audiobooks soon. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
